7 Steps of Healthy Living



1) Work up to walking, 7500 -10000 steps daily.

Prioritizing daily walking is prioritizing your health.


2) Get, at least, 6-8 hours of quality sleep nightly.


3) Drink Water


4) Focus on Fiber.

Women should aim for, at least, 25g of fiber daily.

Men should aim for, at least, 35g of fiber daily.

This is unbelievably important for your health and longevity. Make this a priority.


5) Prioritize Protein.

Aim for, at least, 0.8-1g of protein per pound of your target body weight (in pounds).

For example, if your target body weight is 150lbs, try to get, at least, 120g of protein in daily.


6) Strength Train.

This goes for everyone. Men and women.

Strength training doesn't mean you'll get big and bulky.

Strength training means you'll be strong enough to take care of yourself if, God forbid, you or someone else needs it.

2-4x per week is plenty. I have many options for you to choose from.


7) Relax

We're living at a point in human history in which "grinding" 24/7 is apparently cool.

Fitness is supposed to enhance your life, not control it. If it's causing you more stress than necessary, it'll do more harm.
