Longevity

Yesterday someone asked me, "what do I need to do to train for improved longevity?"

Here's my answer.

- Walk at least 7,500 steps/day

- Strength train at least 2x/week

- Do Zone 2 cardio at least 2x/week

- Do mobility work at least 2x/week

- Get at least 7 hours sleep every night

- Eat lots of fruits, veggies, and protein

- Stay hydrated

- Limit caffeine to 400mg daily (at most)

- Remove negative people from your life

- Don't live to work. Work to live.
